Came here for lunch while in town. Service was ok ; switched to 3 different waitresses and it took longer than expected I ordered the country fried steak and took pictures of the other food ordered by my family. Everyone thought the food was great.
Good food at very reasonable prices! Took a crowd to dinner and the wait staff was wonderful!
The service was good, we never had to ask for anything. Our server was on top of everything. The food was decent however my wife didn't enjoy her burger said it was dry. But the prices were fair and I would recommend
Host and server were polite. We were seated and served immediately. Server offered good, honest recommendations. We had the loaded nachos and steak quesadillas for appetizers. My husband had the southwest chicken salad, my son had the cheeseburger and I had the ribeye. The appetizers were delicious. My husband enjoyed his salad and was very pleased with the portion size. The cheeseburger was very tasty and my ribeye was cooked to perfection. Would go here again on my next trip to TN.
I walked in, and there was a 30 minute wait before we got seated. When we got seated, we waited about 3 minutes for our service to get drinks. We ordered our food, and waited around 20 minutes for our food and it finally arrived. There weren't that many fries to begin with, but the burger was amazing! We finished off with dessert, and picked "Chocolate Addiction." I shared it with a few people and it was pretty good. I would give it a 3.5 rating, but just because the dessert was so good, I'm gonna bump it up to 4. (I can't do 3.5 anyways) Thanks!
We were in the area for 3 days and are here 3 times. With all of the options, that should tell you how much we liked the food. With that being said, had the experience of our last visit happened on our first, we wouldn't have come back. The food was 10/10 for the most part. I did have the cheeseburger and it left a lot to be desired. I'm not sure if it was me or if it was just not good but I didn't love it. We loved the buffalo chips and this is what had us coming back. We had them all 3 times. I also had the chicken Parmesan and the chicken Alfredo-both good. My husband had the country fried steak and got the Sammy's Hammy the other 2 times. What made it so I wouldn't come back? Our serving staff was amazing. We had Jesus the first night and Carlos the second. Our best server though I didn't get her name!! She was in the bar on Friday evening and was super attentive. With that being said, the welcome staff..or front house staff was awful. They were rude, clearly bored and definitely didn't not wasn't to be there. We nearly walked out the last night after I watched one drop the napkin and silverware on the floor, pick it up, roll it back up tight and put it back in the shelf to give to another patron. I was extremely disgusted. I did let a manager know our satisfaction and dissatisfaction at the end of the evening.
Our food came out great and in a timely manner! The taste was spectacular. The service was amazing, we were sat very quickly and our server was super personable and remembered the little details! Would definetly recommend!
Great place! Sat at the bar and had great service. The Steak Fajitas are some of the BEST I've had! My husband enjoyed his steak as well. The decor is pretty cool too! I highly recommend J T Hannah's!
Recommended by a local and I was impressed with this place. The food is very good and the menu has plenty of options. Thank you, Charlie, for your kind service to our table. We arrived at the four o'clock hour on a Thursday afternoon because of a sudden rain storm. Plenty of seating and zero wait time. We were seated in the "Ice House" and had it all to ourselves. We saw a bear (haha) in the back in the corner. Came with my parents and we all shared three foods: chili in a bowl with tortillas; strawberry chicken salad; and black bear burger and fries. All items were delicious and devoured. Casual dining experience where you can come dressed however you want. There's a bar in the front near the restrooms and several rooms and eating areas to accommodate a lot of diners.
Food was good- the fried pickles were delicious. Artichoke dip was good, I had never had an orange cheese spinach dip before though, it was ok! Service was great- I can't remember our waitresses name but she was upfront about extra costs/refills, very observant when our drinks were low, and super sweet. Potato salad was just ok- the potatoes were a little too hard. Idk what it is about the ranch down here but that's really good too lol
